This area of the app is for recording information important to you.
Anything you add here is private to you unless you decide to share it as part of your support plan.
My SMART Goals
To use this section,

Add your specific, relevant, achievable goal in the textbox.

Now, Give it a timeframe.

Then type in the actions that will help you achieve it.

Now scroll to the top of the page to see your goal listed.
You can add as many goals as you like - just remember to review them each week.
The SMART model is a great way of helping you achieve your goals and stay on track in your organisation and time management, as well as keeping up motivation!
Example:
Specific: | Focus on completing boring tasks at work. |
Measurable: | Spend more than an hour on a single task |
Achievable: | Yes, I can focus on current rather than new tasks |
Relevant: | My employer has advised me to improve my focus as part of a promotion discussion |
Timely: | To complete within the next month |
To use this planner, go to the My SMART Goals page and first, type in your SMART goal:
Then, set a deadline or a timeframe for this goal:
Finally, choose a reward for completing the goal:
The goal will then appear once you click ‘add’! You can delete the goal by clicking the red X in the top right corner.
